" The survival of the international coalition forces in Iraq will provide interest to Iraq in several axes,"
     said
member of the Committee on Security and Defense MP Faleh al-Issawi on Wednesday , noting that the removal of these forces from Iraq will give a "wrong message" to the international community. Al-Issawi said in an interview with Alsumaria News, "The presence of the International Coalition and deal with him positively by Iraq will provide interest to the country in several axes," noting that "Iraq's relationship with countries is a relationship of mutual interests there is no one who offers something for free."

"The support of the International Coalition for Iraq will be at the level of maintaining security and prevent the expansion of terrorist groups, in addition to providing a security cover for companies and donor countries wishing to rebuild areas liberated from the clique."

He pointed out that "there are more than 10 international organizations spent millions of dollars in the provinces, especially the Western These organizations work clearly in the provinces of Anbar, Salah al-Din , Nineveh, Diyala and Kirkuk as a result of the existence of the international coalition and provide security for us."

He added that "the other thing is that the removal of Iraq to the international coalition will give the wrong message to the international community that Iraq will isolate itself from the international community, especially that these forces did not participate in ground battles and not have a ground activity, but only the work of air support and training and military advice and security effort, Need this international support at the present time to say the least. "

On February 11, 2019, a representative of the Fatah al-Hussein leftist alliance confirmed that a request for the presidency of the parliament had been submitted by 77 deputies to reconsider the strategic agreement with Washington, specifying the number of troops and duties it carries out inside Iraq.
