BAGHDAD
(Reuters) - The Baghdad Municipality on Friday announced the demolition of an overriding role and the prevention of the division of land in a locality west of the capital.
In a statement received by Mawazine News, the Secretariat said that "in cooperation with the Baghdad Operations Command, the staff of the Municipality Department of Mansour removed the role of overriding agricultural land within the Mahalla (647)."
She added that "the department's staff also prevented some people trying to divide and sell state land in the Mahalla"
