The Abadi coalition calls for an end to the "deep state" established by al-Maliki

"The failure in the government's work is still clear than what the Iraqis have been looking at for years," MP Ahmad al-Bahadli told a news briefing.
"The current stage requires everyone to establish a new approach to the administration of the state, including a clear Iraqi speech at the internal and external levels," he said.
