The deputy of Diyala province, Furat al-Tamimi, called for the refusal to install the director of [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/115872/%D9%85%D9%83%D8%AA%D8%A8 %D9%85%D9%81%D9%88%D8%B6%D9%8A%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%86%D8%AA%D8%AE%D8%A7%D8%A8%D8%A7%D8%AA]the Office of the[/url] Electoral [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/115872/%D9%85%D9%83%D8%AA%D8%A8 %D9%85%D9%81%D9%88%D8%B6%D9%8A%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%86%D8%AA%D8%AE%D8%A7%D8%A8%D8%A7%D8%AA]Commission of[/url] Diyala Ahmed Mezban, and the selection of a suitable person for the post.
Al-Tamimi said in a press statement that "the Board of Commissioners recently issued a decision to install the Director of [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/115872/%D9%85%D9%83%D8%AA%D8%A8 %D9%85%D9%81%D9%88%D8%B6%D9%8A%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%86%D8%AA%D8%AE%D8%A7%D8%A8%D8%A7%D8%AA]the Office of the[/url]Electoral [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/115872/%D9%85%D9%83%D8%AA%D8%A8 %D9%85%D9%81%D9%88%D8%B6%D9%8A%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%86%D8%AA%D8%AE%D8%A7%D8%A8%D8%A7%D8%AA]Commission of[/url] Diyala Ahmed Mazban position, after he held the post of proxy during the last period," noting that "the decision was submitted to the Prime Minister for official approval."
Al-Tamimi called on the prime minister to "not approve the decision to reinstate him and reconsider him, because there are three negative indicators on him: the appointment of relatives of the first degree, and complaints related to sectarian dealings and accusations of financial and administrative corruption."
