Legal: More than 4,000 proxy positions are impossible to resolve in June

The legal expert Tariq Harb said on Wednesday that there are about 4000 positions in the state government institutions and therefore the issue of ending this file in June is a fantasy.
Harb said in a statement to the "news", "The most qualified appointees in government institutions are only the Electoral Commission and the Commission on Human Rights and some ambassadors, and the rest are all proxy by the limits of 4000 positions."
He added that "this file is impossible to terminate in June next because it requires the approval of the House of Representatives, and in light of the government's failure to end more than an important file such as the Cabinet Cab, as well as that the parliament so far only resolved the budget law, Only two months is a fantasy and needs a very long time. "
