A government official on Tuesday unveiled a campaign to topple current officials running their portfolios, pointing to some blocs seeking secondary positions to impose control over most state institutions and control their decision making.
"Most of the posts in the Iraqi ministries are run by proxy, agents are linked to influential parties and blocs, and they derive their strength from them. The last month in which the salaries of positions managed by proxy, which means that the issue needs to be resolved during this period. "
