    Basra Governor Asaad Abdul-Amir al-Eidani announced the release of the financial amounts related to contractors' benefits in the province for the year 2019.
    Al-Eidani said in a press statement: "The Ministry of Planning addressed the Ministry of Finance to spend the sum of 92 billion four hundred and eighty million dinars, which represents contractors receivables for the year 2019 (30%).
    He added that: "Basra province has been empowered to implement and exchange, taking into account compliance with the instructions and powers to implement the investment budget."
