    {BAGHDAD: Al Furat News} A spokesman for the General Electric Company near the completion of four substations and the addition of 750 megawatts of electricity network in Iraq before the end of this year 2019.
    "The company is conducting fruitful discussions with the Iraqi government to strengthen the energy sector in all parts of the country," he said in a statement received by the Euphrates News Agency. "The company is in constant and constant contact in providing important and critical projects to meet Iraq's energy needs." 
    He added that "the past six months have seen the implementation of the company maintenance contracts to maintain multiple 1.8 kW of energy produced, and enable the addition of 1 kWh additional to the Iraqi national network," stressing "near the completion of four substations, and the provision of a number of important projects, including the addition of 750 megawatts before End of this year. "
