Gharibawi attributed the delay of laws within the parliament to the incompatibility between the political blocs

Izzat MP for the coalition of construction victory of Ghribawi, Friday, the delay of legislation and the adoption of laws within the parliament to the lack of consensus between the political blocs, indicating that the presidency of parliament does not take responsibility for the consequences of this delay.
He said Gharibawi in a statement to / information / / that "a lot of important laws on direct contact with the lives of the citizen is still on the table of parliament, because of the incompatibility between the political blocs on their legislation."
She added that "the presidency of parliament is often hardened to speed up the completion of laws, but the lack of consensus and differences between the blocks prevent the enactment of laws as soon as possible, and therefore be postponed from one session to another until the achievement of consensus."
She explained that "the law of the civil presses was voted after a little effort to the Minister of Higher Education Qusay al-Suhail for approval, as this law will provide a service to the Ministry of Education to take advantage of them in printing curricula with known amounts do not cost the ministry a large budget."
