Between the leadership of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] , Mohamed Nuri Abed Rabbo, Monday, that the political blocs will not respond to the invitation of Mr. Sadr to authorize Abdul Mahdi to complete his cabinet, pointing out that Abdul Mahdi was not free to choose ministers and is still restricted by some political blocs.
