    [rtl]Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani affirmed, on Monday, the transition to the development stage after the victory over terrorism, while stressing the necessity of working to stop the blatant genocide against the Palestinian people.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The Prime Minister said, in his speech during the Global Security Forum held in Doha: “I am honored to participate with you in this ambitious conference, and I extend my sincere thanks to the sister State of Qatar for hosting this event, in further confirmation and strengthening of its position at the forefront of successful experiences in development and construction.”[/rtl]
    [rtl]He praised "focusing attention on the question of security and its sustainable solutions, from all aspects and paths that touch the lives of peoples and govern their quest to achieve a decent living under sustainable peace."[/rtl]
    [rtl]He pointed out that "over the past decades, the Iraqi people have endured pain, wars, dictatorship, and confrontations that consumed effort and precious blood, and consumed precious time that was not invested in favor of the people's hopes," noting that "with all these obstacles, Iraq was able to overcome the greatest evils, and was victorious in the battle "Terrorism."[/rtl]
    [rtl]He added, "We, as Iraqis, have moved from the stage of victory to the stage of development with strength, in light of a stable democracy, and our government has committed itself to changing the state of the Iraqi economy towards openness to fruitful partnerships, diversity of resources, and facing chronic challenges, in unemployment, services, corruption, fighting poverty, and supporting reform." Economic in all its forms.[/rtl]
    [rtl]He explained, "Only a year and a half has passed, until the inductive numbers of the economy begin to speak of a positive rise that is complex and diverse, and promises more. In addition, the infrastructure has witnessed a real rise that will not stop, and day after day, we are crossing obstacles that seemed difficult or even impossible in previous years." .[/rtl]
    [rtl]He added, “It is important that these steps be understood within a comprehensive policy adopted by the government, supported by the House of Representatives, that addresses everything that affects the citizen’s livelihood and meets his ambitions,” explaining that “from this diagnosis, we set out to achieve this possible goal.” [/rtl]
    [rtl]He continued, “In all the targeted sectors, we faced various difficulties and challenges, but our faith in the ability of our people and their commitment to the reconstruction and development of our country is boundless,” pointing out that “health, electricity, public services, civil infrastructure, a healthy banking system, honest government administration, and work Fighting poverty, exploiting energy and investing in gas, confronting climate and environmental changes, and providing food, housing, education, etc., all of which have today become clauses in the contract linking the citizen and his government. They are the pillar of the continuation of the democratic choice, and the primary reason that drives citizens to participate in elections, as a constitutional means. “There is no alternative to it for choosing judgment and making decisions.”[/rtl]
    [rtl]He stated, "We have kept in mind that changing the philosophy of state administration and developing the method of implementing its tasks will be a correct approach to exploiting wealth, and therefore it is the first social rule for good governance. So we established the Iraq Fund for Development, opened the doors to the private sector with sovereign guarantees, and began cooperating with credit institutions." Global,” explaining, “We urge confident steps in our most prominent project, the development path project, this strategic corridor that will link the interests of the region in a positive and integrated manner, and will confirm Iraq’s historical role, as a safe arena for creating opportunities and economic integration, and the intertwining of interests between peoples before governments, and we believe with confidence “These are the pillars of security and stability in the region.”[/rtl]

If we support security in all its concepts, with economic interdependence that creates solutions and supports confronting challenges, we will find that The causes of unrest will diminish, the chances of provoking strife will diminish, the sources of conflicts will diminish, and more resources will be allocated to development sectors.”[/rtl]
    [rtl]Regarding the aggression against Gaza, the Prime Minister pointed out that “what was caused by the aggression against civilians in Gaza and the occupied territories, and the weak international position regarding Palestinian rights, now threatens the entire region with the spread of conflict. It also insulted international law and violated the sanctity of blood, and today it represents the greatest A threat to the peoples of the region and their stability,” pointing out that “work to stop the blatant genocide against the Palestinian people will represent the beginning of a system of mutual trust in our endeavors to achieve security for our peoples and our region.”[/rtl]
