The Finance Committee in the House of Representatives, on Wednesday, included in the budget of Iraq for 2020 a lot of imposing work and job grades for graduates and the unemployed.
"The 2020 budget, which will reach parliament early next October, will include a lot of job opportunities and job grades for graduates and the unemployed," said committee member Fadel Al-Fatlawi.
Al-Fatlawi added that "Parliament seeks to provide work in investment projects through the rehabilitation and operation of factories inactivated for 16 years, in addition to stopping foreign workers that have negatively affected the reality of work in the country."
He pointed out that the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs discussed with the Minister of Industry the need to operate idle factories and put the unemployed and the employment of Iraqis, as well as the employment of more than 50 percent of Iraqi labor in foreign oil companies.
