Employment: The inclusion of contractors with the State of the labor, retirement and social security laws

Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Bassem Abdul Zaman directed the directors of the administrative and financial department and the retirement and social security department of the workers to participate in the meeting of the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers on explaining the decisions of the Council of Ministers No. 12 and 105 of 2019 on the conversion of the daily procedure into (contracts) and their inclusion in the provisions of labor, retirement and social security For workers.
The ministry confirmed in a statement, on Thursday, that "the meeting included the confirmation of the ministry's opinion on the importance of the implementation of the terms of labor, retirement and social security during the organization of contracts between the ministry and the wage.
The statement added that the Ministry of Finance was stressed on securing the necessary allocations.
