TEHRAN (Reuters) - Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said on Thursday that the security of countries in the Gulf region could not be dismantled.
This came in an article published in the Kuwaiti newspaper "Al-Rai", to talk about the "initiative" put forward by President Hassan Rouhani in his speech to the United Nations General Assembly in late September in New York.
