Nassif calls for the adoption of Article 126 instead of Article 142 for constitutional amendments

Called on the State of Law High Nassif, Wednesday, the Committee on Constitutional Amendments to adopt Article 126 of the Constitution instead of Article 142 expired, noting that there is an intention of the Committee to send a letter to the Federal Court to replace the article.
Nassif said in a statement to / information /, that "the adoption of the Committee on Constitutional Amendments to Article 142 during its work with constitutional amendments, including the disadvantages that three governorates may reject the amendments and this will make the amendments threatened by the region, in addition to the article is expired."
She added that "the Commission to replace the article mentioned article 126 of the Constitution, which depends on the national approval length and width of any popular referendum," calling on the Committee "to adopt article 126 to make amendments and submit a letter to the Federal Court informing them of replacement."
