, the official spokesman for the Office of the Minister Saad al-Hadithi, near issuing arrest warrants and the introduction of a number of senior accused of corruption.
"Dozens of orders have been issued in the past few days against a number of ministers, deputies, general directors and other former and current officials," al-Hadithi said in an interview carried by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
Al-Hadithi said that "coordination is taking place between the President of the Supreme Judicial Council and the President of the Anti-Corruption Council at the judicial level to follow up the corruption files sent from the Anti-Corruption Council to the Judicial Authority to complete the investigations."
