The House of Representatives reserves some candidates for deans of colleges
The [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/12402/%D9%84%D8%AC%D9%86%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AA%D8%B9%D9%84%D9%8A%D9%85 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%8A]Committee of Higher Education[/url] and Scientific Research Parliamentary recommended to provide candidates for the deanship of colleges because of the existence of problems on some of the candidates for the post.
A document addressed to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research signed by the Chairman of the Committee, Ghaida Kambash, entitled (Candidates of the Deanship of Colleges) that (based on article 61 / II of the Constitution and rule 78 of the rules of procedure Deans of colleges whose resumes have been sent to the Council of Ministers for approval, stressing that (the Committee received complaints of the existence of observations on some of the names of candidates for these positions, the same received by the Iraqi Academic Syndicate).
In another document titled "University Presidency Candidates," Kampsch said "there are notes on the names of candidates for the positions of university presidents, agents, advisors and head of the supervisory body."
A delegation from the union discussed with the education and finance committees the proposed amendments to the unified retirement law.
During the meeting, there was an exchange of views between the attendees where an agreement was reached not to prejudice the pension rights of the university service employee.
Academician Ismail Khalil criticized those seeking to reduce job or pension salaries for university graduates.
Khalil called in the group WhatsApp government not to be exposed to the professor of universities through its laws, as it is shameful to find a substitute for professors to absorb the resentment of the people and mismanagement and corruption rampant in the country for years.
