Abdul-Muttalib said in a press statement: "Abdul-Mahdi bears the legal responsibility for not informing him of the pieces [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/4053/%D9%85%D9%8A%D9%84%D9%8A%D8%B4%D9%8A%D8%A7 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AD%D8%B4%D8%AF]of the[/url] Hashd [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/4053/%D9%85%D9%8A%D9%84%D9%8A%D8%B4%D9%8A%D8%A7 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AD%D8%B4%D8%AF]militia[/url] in Anbar, and he was obligated to prevent the United States from bombing the sites of the Popular Mobilization in the district of Al-Qaim and not allowing them to do so."
She added: "The United States does not have the right to respond to any attacks on its sites, since Iraq is responsible for protecting diplomatic missions and host countries."
The caretaker head, Adel Abdul-Mahdi, revealed that he had been informed by the US Secretary of Defense of his country's intention to launch military operations against the crowd sites in Iraq.
