(Baghdad: Al Furat News) Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi received a phone call from French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian.
A statement issued by Abdul-Mahdi Media Office stated that Dorian "conveyed a message from President Emmanuel Macron dealing with discussing the future of the relationship between the international coalition and Iraq to fight ISIS while respecting Iraqi sovereignty, calling for giving time to discuss this issue."
The Prime Minister stressed that "Iraqi officials specialized in the various departments are preparing a memorandum of legal and procedural steps to implement the decision of the House of Representatives to withdraw foreign forces." is over
