[size=45]Today, Sunday, the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs sent two identical letters to the Security Council and the United Nations, including a complaint against the United States.
[size=45]In a statement, the Iraqi Foreign Ministry said that it filed a complaint under two identical letters to both the President of the Security Council and the Secretary-General of the United Nations, through the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Iraq in New York, regarding the recent US strike near Baghdad airport.[/size]
[size=45]The American attacks, according to the statement, "resulted in the martyrdom of the deputy head of the Popular Mobilization Authority, Jamal Ja`far Muhammad (Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis), along with a number of martyrs from Iraqi leaders and friends, in a serious violation of Iraqi sovereignty and in violation of the conditions for the presence of American forces in Iraq."[/size]
