    [size=18]The Investigation Department of the Integrity Commission announced today, Wednesday, that its owners in Nineveh were able to seize a network that works to sell plots of land belonging to the Directorate of the Municipality of Mosul, explaining that the accused had been arrested working in the network.


    In a statement, Alsumaria News received, a copy of it, the department said that the Nineveh Investigation Directorate team had seized a suspect working in the Mosul municipality directorate in the wrongful crime while receiving the amount of bribery, along with one of the accused, for selling distinct land plots owned by the municipality in exchange for sums of money, shown Money has been seized in the national and foreign currency of the accused.







    She added that the investigation of the accused led to her confession to the network's seven members who work with her, pointing out that they were arrested.

    In a separate process, the Directorate’s team has arrested (4) defendants working at a government gas station on the left side of the city of Mosul, due to cases of tampering in the quantities of gasoline, white oil and the gas product, in addition to manipulating the amounts deposited with pump workers about the value of selling gasoline Citizens, in addition to the arrest of a suspect inside the station who has the station's switches and working inside it without a job description.


    And the department added that the work team managed, in a third operation, to seize one of the accused, for using the sidewalk and the main road as a private car park, and collecting money from cars for his personal benefit in violation of the law.

    The Directorate indicated that fundamental arrest records were organized with the seized items with the priorities in the operations that were completed, based on judicial memoranda, and presented them with the defendants to the judicial investigation body specializing in integrity issues in Nineveh, which decided to arrest the defendants in accordance with the provisions of Articles (307, 315 and 456) of the Penal Code.
