    The Director General of the Labor and Vocational Training Department revealed that his department “works to grant official licenses to operating offices in exchange for a financial amount of 50 million dinars, in exchange for the commitment of the owner of the office to the conditions of professional and security safety in recruiting foreign workers, stressing that the office owner is legally held accountable in case There is any breach in this regard. ”
    He added that his department "grants a license to the office in the various governorates of the country according to the population density of each governorate, noting that the field inspection teams for his department included nearly 400 foreign and Iraqi workers in various locations in a number of companies in the capital Baghdad within the Jadiriya region, in the Labor and Social Security Law" .
