A member of the Iraqi Economic Council, Ghadeer Al-Attar, called on the new government in charge to start treating electrical energy by activating the agreement with the German company, "Siemens".
Al-Attar said in a press statement: "The government in charge of the current transitional stage headed by Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi must prepare a reform paper to start implementing projects that Baghdad contracted with major international companies, especially electrical companies," noting: "The importance of continuing to work with the agreement signed between the Ministry of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and Siemens German, being an engine of the economic cycle in Iraq.
