Finance Ministry responds to its accusation of "corruption and illegal disbursement"

{Baghdad: Al Furat News} The Finance Ministry replied to its accusation of “corruption and illegal disbursement.”
A statement issued by the Ministry stated that the "Al Furat News Agency" received a copy of it, "Some social and media outlets reported accusations to the Ministry of Finance under the title {corruption case" with a strange report that contradicts the facts and intends to offend the ministry and its work. Pointing out that the ministry spent billions of dinars in a forged book.
He added, "As we deal with professionalism and transparency and according to the law, we would like to inform the public opinion of the facts and not by unlawfully accusing the charges far from reality on the reality of this issue, which raises its question during this crucial period in the history of Iraq, many question marks about the purpose of raising it at this time."
The statement pointed out, "All the sums that were spent were based on judicial decisions acquired peremptory degree and that the ministry is obligated to pay them and that the audit process is the responsibility of the judicial committee that issued these decisions, with the presentation that the ministry, before conducting the exchange process, approached the Presidency of the Public Prosecution and the Commission Judicial supervision, the Prime Minister’s Office, the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, and the Appeals Board to inform them of those decisions and asking to challenge them in the interest of the law. Judicial decisions were issued to dismiss the appeal and that all of these communications and what followed them were sent a copy to the Office of the Inspector General before its cancellation and the information was shared and he did not want any Or compromise is to stop the exchange of any of those parties. "
He explained that "the Ministry of Finance is an enforcer of the laws and disposes of funds according to the law and the effective instructions or decisions issued by the Iraqi judiciary after acquiring the peremptory degree and it is not possible in any way to exchange according to individual decisions and that the ministry is fully committed to everything issued by the Iraqi judiciary, especially with regard to compensation."
He continued, "In this regard, this ministry would like to express its respect and appreciation for the supervisory authority of the media and the freedom of expression and opinion, and at the same time it warns everyone who manipulates the facts and misleads the public opinion and reserves the right to prosecute anyone who falsifies the truth, and the ministry maintains all documents, documents and legal and administrative communications related to this issue. It is possible for all judicial and supervisory agencies to view them. "
