    Tomorrow's Press / Baghdad: a student member of the Kurdistan Alliance Mahma Khalil, Sunday, activating the central government customs tariff law at border crossing points,

    especially in Basra, Iraq, in order to enter the World Trade Organization.
    Khalil said for "tomorrow's Press," said that "Iraq can not enter into the WTO because of the non-application of the customs tariff law at border

    crossing points to the central government must implement this law, especially in the province of Basra to lung breathing it for the country's economy."
    He added that "Laws that began in the House of Representatives would have been applied on the ground, there would be a quantum leap in the country's economy."
    The Council of Ministers decided, on the seventh of January last, modify its previous decision and implementation of the tariff in stages, and between it will not include food, construction, clothing, agricultural supplies and materials related to local industries, but that dozens of traders and importers of goods demonstrated in the port Safwan border west Basra province, last January, in protest against the application of the tariff law, and stressed that the resolution in its current form would hurt the citizens, as he emphasized that economists applied the exceptions include the food, and the reduction of import shoddy materials imported to the country.
    Referred to the Minister of Finance and serenity net debt agency said, in the second of January last, in the port of Umm Qasr that his ministry will begin the implementation of the cabinet decision on implementation of the tariff law, and the imposition of duties on goods that are provided through the border crossings different, pointing out that Some goods that contribute to the activation of the agricultural sector and the industrial and investment would be exempt from the fees.

    So many good news lately but we need to have a GOV in place and if I remember they have until July st to have it done as per the constiontution?

    Hope am I correct and more importantly hope they will do it on time?
