BAGHDAD - Mawazine News, the
deputy of the National Approach Bloc Hussein Al-Aqabi called on the government and the Ministry of Finance on Tuesday to grant these segments and those covered by the Social Welfare Fund an emergency grant to assist them in these circumstances and without going through complex routine procedures.
