MP for the Bayariq Al-Khair bloc confirmed, on Monday, the existence of a shadow government that runs the Council of Ministers and Parliament, while noting the absence of the members ’opinion to vote and take decisions.
Al-Khalidi said, "The decisions in the House of Representatives do not have the freedom to make decisions and do not exceed a third of those who have the freedom to decide in the disputed fateful laws."
He added that "some blocks of their decisions are issued in parliament through the cherubs of communication sites and they lead messages," noting that "there are messages that reach each deputy regarding whether or not to vote or reserve a decision."
He stressed that "the future of Iraq and the political process is on the next elections, and in the event that they are fair, Iraq will cross it to safety or return to point zero with corruption."
