Today, Tuesday (September 10, 2024), the Ministry of Defense issued a humanitarian appeal to citizens regarding the remains of missing Kuwaitis.
The ministry said in a statement received by "Baghdad Today" that it "calls on citizens inside and outside Iraq who have information about the supposed burial sites of missing Iraqis and Kuwaitis inside Iraqi or Kuwaiti territory, as a result of the Second Gulf War in 1991, to provide it," stressing that "a financial reward will be allocated to anyone who provides useful information."
