    Baghdad / National News Center
Today, Sunday, the Media Department of the House of Representatives published the agenda of the session No. (43), to be held on Monday.
The session's agenda included completing the vote on the draft law of the Federal Court, voting on the draft law on the accession of the Republic of Iraq to the Patent Cooperation Treaty of 1970, and the first reading of the two draft laws Iraq’s accession to a protocol to amend the convention on crimes and some other acts committed on board the plane, and joining Iraq to the joint agreement on the safety of the disposal of spent fuel and the safety of the disposal of radioactive waste.
The table also included a report and discussion (second reading) of the draft law on ratification of the air transport agreement between the government of Iraq and the government of Saudi Arabia, in addition to the report and discussion (second reading) of the draft law on Iraq's accession to the 2005 protocol related to the Protocol for the Suppression of Unlawful Actions directed against the safety of fixed platforms in The Continental Shelf of 1988.
What is striking is the absence of the voting clause on the draft federal budget bill for the fiscal year 2021, which, last Monday (3/8/2021), Speaker of Parliament Muhammad al-Halbousi directed to include its draft law during the agenda of tomorrow's session, Monday, to vote on it, based on On the request submitted by Representative Youssef Al-Kalabi and signed by 150 deputies.
