Al-Kaabi said in an interview with Al-Sumaria News, "There is an almost total agreement between all political forces to proceed with the dissolution of the House of Representatives, given that early elections and the formation of a new government and parliament that represent most of the Iraqi people is a public demand and it is also consistent with the recommendations of the religious authority." Noting that "the House of Representatives, in order to meet those demands, has gone through several steps in order to prepare the appropriate ground for early elections."

Al-Kaabi added, "The first steps were through changing the Commission’s law and the election law, transferring it to multiple departments and completing the amendment of the Federal Court’s law in order to activate its role in approving the election results," noting that "the other step is the budget, which will be voted on next Saturday to clear the way. For the Kurdish representatives to participate in the Nowruz holidays. "

He continued, "The next step, according to Article 64 first of the constitution, is parliament going to dissolve itself by collecting signatures or voting from two-thirds of parliament members, which we will go through with the next session," stressing that "the parliament will be dissolved on the ninth of next October to ensure that it does not happen." A legislative vacuum, and the elections are on the tenth of October, and a republican decree is issued confirming the date of the elections.

Deputy for the Al-Fateh Alliance, Uday Shaalan Abu Al-Joun, confirmed that dissolving parliament is the last important step in the way of meeting what the masses called and recommended by the reference in holding early elections, to bring in a government and parliament in line with the demands of the Iraqi people and working to achieve reform and change.

Abu Al-Jun said in an interview with Alsumaria News, "The Iraqi people suffered greatly over the past years and made sacrifices, and today it has become a duty for us to stand with the Iraqi people with full force by fulfilling what they demanded in building a new stage that will advance the service and economic situation of the country."

He pointed out that "the House of Representatives has fulfilled its obligations in order to prepare the ground for the performance of elections by enacting important laws and activating the work of the Federal Court. Therefore, we have conveyed our message in all honesty and that the time is to dissolve Parliament and leave the choice to the Iraqi people to choose whom they consider suitable to represent them in a transparent democratic process. .
