<p dir="RTL" class="MsoNormal"><p style="text-align: left; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: ltr;" class="MsoNormal">Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The presidency of the Public Prosecution called the parliament to find a substitute for the President, Jalal Talabani ,who spends treatment journey in Germany.
Member of the parliament Integrity Committee, Jaafar al-Musawi told Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The Public Prosecution’s presidency forwarded a letter to the parliament chairmanship in which it demands to find a replacement for Talabani to occupy his vacant post according to the Constitution’s article, No. 72nd because the President is away from his position for a long period following his illness.”
“The article,No.72 of the constitution stipulates that in case the President post remains vacant for any reason then a replacement must be elected to complete the remaining period of the Presidency’s term,” he stressed
