The Union of Agricultural Associations in Diwaniyah demanded, on Monday, the central government and parliament to approve the Diwaniyah law, the agricultural capital of Iraq.
"The governorate has reached a stage of self-sufficiency for strategically important agricultural crops, such as wheat, barley and rice, as well as other agricultural crops such as vegetables and fruits," said Federation President Muhammad Kashash in an interview with local agencies.
Kashash stressed, "the necessity of resolving the Diwaniyah law, the agricultural capital of Iraq, as it is important to revive the agricultural reality in the province." Ended 29 / p4
