Confirmed the association of private banks consultant expert economic peace Sumaisem, the entire investment budget will not achieve the needed economic and service sectors for the current year.Sumaisem said in a press statement yesterday that "the plan of the financial budget for the year 2014 without the level of ambition of the economic reality of Iraq as a result of the absence of economic vision, which put out the economic program of the investment budget, which will be confusion and clear and random allocation and financial turmoil appear raised in all the joints of the Iraqi economy." Sumaisem called to put an economic program reflects the economic strategy and the requirements of the desired economic reality in the program budget for the next year and prepare the budget before the end of the calendar year to be handed down the law before the start of the year that followed. She is not a shame that politicians resort to consult specialists in a budget plan in order to achieve better economic results.Was a member of the parliamentary Economic Committee Yusuf al-Tai warned of "economic disaster" if it continues to neglect the investment budget. And al-Tai said in a press statement yesterday: "The government is a fatal mistake, each fiscal year, the lack of plans and projects, can promote investment and develop the reality and do the private sector to take important role in building the economy."
