[size=45]Today, Friday, the Ministry of Transport announced the arrival of the last extraordinary flight to evacuate Iraqis stranded in India.[/size]
[size=45]The Director General of Iraqi Airways, Kifah Hassan, said in a statement issued by the ministry that "about 152 passengers arrived on the homeland on board one of the national carrier aircraft designated for the evacuation of Iraqi citizens stranded inside Indian territory."[/size]
[size=45]"With the arrival of the fifth evacuation flight, the total number of those who were transported on our air fleet from India to Iraq will be about 1669 Iraqi citizens," he added.[/size]
[size=45]Hassan stressed, "the great efforts made by the Iraqi government, the Ministry and all the staff working in the two Iraqi airlines, travelers and delegations, as they bear the gravity of the situation in order to safely return Iraqi families to the homeland."[/size]
