A statement of the ministry, of which the Euphrates News Agency received a copy, stated that the meeting was attended by "representatives of the departments and sections of {legal, social research, information technology, provincial departments}".
He added, "It was agreed to complete the form form and specify the data required of the beneficiaries to fill in for approval and work on it began in the near future, and the form will be available electronically throughout the year."
