A new book.. Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, events and positions
The writer and academic Adalat Abdullah wrote another book on the Iraqi and Kurdish issues entitled (Iraq and the Kurdistan Region: Events and Positions, from early 2017 to late 2020), which was issued by the Office for the Development of Thought and Awareness of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan.. The book was written by Dr. Sarbest. Prophet, hot issues and files about Iraq and the Kurdistan region and the developments and events that the two sides went through during that critical historical stage burdened with serious conflicts and disagreements.
About the book, writer and academic Adalat Abdullah told PUKmedia : It deals with most of the political events that occurred during the years 20217-2020, and all the files between the Kurdistan Region and Iraq during that period. The book also discusses problems and conflicts in a historical stage, and the writer's vision of it, which is a critical vision, He explained that the book includes many criticisms, some of them stinging, issued by the Iraqi and Kurdish authorities, during the differences that occurred at the time.
He added: The book also deals with the performance of the political authority and the main institutions of the state, criticizing some political practices and national or chauvinistic discourses on critical issues, as well as criticizing some constitutional violations and laws, transgressing constitutional articles, and the events after October 2017 and to this day.
And he indicated that all of these topics were discussed during events that were accompanied by the author.
