{Local: Al Furat News} The Speaker of Parliament, Muhammad Al-Halbousi, called on Sunday to adopt a realistic program for the return of competencies from abroad.
Al-Halbousi said in a tweet to him on Twitter on the occasion of the World Refugee Day, which was monitored by {Euphrates News}, that "on the occasion of the World Refugee Day, our urgent call is for state institutions and behind them all national forces to adopt a realistic program, for the effective return of competencies from the countries of asylum, and to provide the appropriate climate for return." Volunteer for Iraqi citizens who have been forced by difficult circumstances to leave their homeland
