Syrian Industry Minister Ziad Subhi Sabbagh and Iraqi Minister of Industry and Minerals Manhal Aziz al-Khabbaz signed the minutes of the meetings of the Syrian and Iraqi sides at the conclusion of the Iraqi industrial delegation's six-day visit to Syria.
