    {Economical: Al Furat News} The First Deputy Governor of Najaf, Hashem Al-Karawi, announced on Wednesday that he had raised 9 important points during the meeting to discuss the 2021 budget and prepare important service projects.

    In a statement, Al-Furat News received a copy of it, Karawi said, "We raised several issues, the most important of which are: 
    1-The consolidation of budgets, regional development projects, ongoing projects, ministries' budget projects (investment and operational departments), petro dollars and poverty. 
    2-Appendix (B) and the allocation of (90) billion. dinars to complete the projects in the neighborhoods (Mecca, Christmas, peace and drivers). 
     3. adoption of the basic principle in the implementation of these budgets is to provide direct services to the citizen al - Najafi and private sectors (health, electricity, water, education, sewage, agriculture, irrigation and trade) and other sectors that have direct contact with the lives of citizens. 
    4 Completing all ongoing projects within the 2021 budget, finalizing them and opening them during this year. 
     5 - Equitable districts and sub-districts with a small population density, including the area of ​​freedom and compensation from the investment budget or the development of regions or continuing projects. 
     6- Completing the designs of sewer networks in the districts and sub-districts that are not completed in them, including (Al-Hurriya, Al-Abbasiya, Qadisiyah and Al-Haidarya) in order to announce their designs and refer them to work during this year. 
     7 - Focusing on the districts and sub-districts centers regarding rehabilitation and street cladding in them.
     8- Preparing qualitative statements within the required technical specifications and in an integrated and uncompromising manner regarding street cladding, sidewalks, lighting and afforestation. 
     9 - The issue of rehabilitating the old city, its entrances and alleys, which was coordinated with the municipality department in preparing a special design for this purpose for the purpose of discussing and approving it during the next few days and acting accordingly. 
     Al-Karawi added that, "for the speed of completion of projects and in light of our proposal, the following decision was taken, starting tomorrow. Meetings and meetings with heads of administrative units and directors of departments for each administrative unit and their corresponding departments with the Reconstruction Authority to discuss budgets that can be disbursed to projects that provide the most service to citizens and their completion during these days The year and the projects that will be carried over for the next year, within a detailed schedule for that.
