Hadi Hashem al-Yasiri, in the Ministry's Planning and Follow-up Department, said to the "Important Question" program broadcast by Al-Furat satellite channel tonight, that "the water scarcity is caused by interventions outside Iraq by building dams and increasing demand for consumption, including agriculture."
