    The Victory Coalition considered, on Tuesday (July 27, 2021), that any weakness of Iraq, or making it an arena of conflict, would lead the region and the world to major collapses, while welcoming the results of Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi's round of strategic dialogue.
    The media office of the victory coalition said, in a statement received by  IQ News , that "the coalition welcomes the results of the last round of the Iraqi-American strategic dialogue, and considers it a victory for Iraq, its interests and sovereignty."
    According to the statement, the coalition indicated that "based on the terms of the Iraqi sovereignty initiative presented by Haider al-Abadi, to maintain the national momentum - governmental and popular - to strengthen sovereignty and its requirements against all forms of violation, foremost of which is the Turkish military occupation, and other forms of interference in the Iraqi affairs politically, security and economically." And to unite national efforts to make Iraq, its interests and sovereignty a supreme value in conscience and national action.
    He added, "A sovereign and strong Iraq will achieve strategic balance in the region and the world, and any weakness of Iraq, or making it an arena of conflict, will lead the region and the world to major collapses, then Iraq will not be the only loser, but the region and the world, and the strategies of the forces of the region and the world must realize that Iraq is a center of balance and balance." Region". 
    And on Monday evening, the Iraqi and American delegation confirmed, during their first visit to Washington, that the bases hosting the United States and other members of the international coalition are Iraqi bases that are managed according to the Iraqi laws in force, and not American bases or rules of the international coalition, and that the presence of international personnel in Iraq is only to support the government of Iraq in the war against ISIS.
