Shafaq News/ The Ministry of Finance and Economy of Kurdistan Region issued today, Thursday, a ministerial decree to all directorates and concerned authorities, in which it clarified the new instructions and laws related to implementing reforms in the salaries, allowances and privileges of retirees with high and special degrees in the region.
And the ministerial order issued by the Ministry of Finance in the region today, and seen by Shafak News Agency, stated, "The ministry is in the process of re-implementing a new formulation for the salaries of retirees of the higher and special categories according to the new reforms law followed in the region on the basis of calculating the actual service for each retiree, whether the service is ( Civilian service, service in the ranks of the Peshmerga forces and the Ministry of the Interior, service of professional syndicates, or during emigration and displacement) on the basis of the identity papers of the retiree.
The ministry explained that all those covered by the new law with special and higher degrees, and for the purpose of calculating the actual service for them, whether they are retired special grades or from the Peshmerga, they must bring legal identification papers for the purpose of sending these official documents through the relevant ministries to the Service Calculation Committee in the Council of Ministers of Kurdistan Region For the purpose of starting the implementation of the new instructions related to retirees according to the new mechanism.
The letter of the Ministry of Finance also indicated that, starting from 1-7-2021, retirees of the higher and private categories who now receive 50% of the total salary or 60% will be dealt with according to the new laws according to the principle of recalculating the plus and minus to their salaries according to The new legal principle.
