Gold rises by more than 1914 dollars an ounce

Today, Monday, gold prices rose by more than 1.4% to reach levels of $ 1914 an ounce, affected by the events between Russia and Ukraine.
Gold prices fell last week after prices rose to an 18-month high in the wake of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, which boosted investors' appetite for safe havens, as gold ended last week in relative stability despite strong market volatility.
Spot silver rose 0.3% to $24.26 an ounce and platinum rose 0.2% to $1,055.85, with both poised for monthly gains.
