The law, given that minerals, phosphates, and oil are sovereign projects, the concerned authorities cannot act in a mechanism that presents them as investment opportunities for foreign countries.”
He added, "The concerned authorities are awaiting the parliament's adoption of decisions that pave the way for presenting these projects as investment opportunities, provided that they are invested inside the country and the secondary materials are exported outside the country to benefit from the mineral and oil wealth according to a plan that ensures that the investment operations for these projects are limited to these projects by the central government, and no other than these can be disposed of." the entity.”
Al-Tarmuz explained, "The House of Representatives will approve, during its upcoming sessions, a decision on the mechanism for investing mineral, phosphate and oil projects and send it to the concerned authorities to start investing in mineral projects." finished/ 12a
