Al-Kazemi meets with the US Assistant Secretary of State
Shafaq News/ Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi met today, Sunday, with the Assistant Secretary of State for Iraq and Iran Jennifer Givetto, in the presence of the US Ambassador to Iraq Matthew Tueller.
During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries, and ways to develop joint cooperation between them in light of the outcomes of the strategic dialogue, and in various fields, especially investment, energy, renewable energy, and addressing the effects of climate change, according to a statement by Al-Kazemi's office.
The meeting witnessed the discussion of a number of international and regional issues, and files of common interest. The Prime Minister stressed the need to solve problems by peaceful means and mutual dialogue; To ensure the security of the region, and to achieve stability and prosperity for its people.
