Beyond the dialogues, Muqtada al-Sadr, the leader of the Sadrist movement, through his minister, raises the ceiling of demands and blows up the tables, calling for the removal of all the personalities involved in the political process since 2003 from the scene, in a new position from the leader of the movement, he declared that it is even more important than dissolving parliament and elections early.
Al-Sadr leaves the scene open to interpretations, with a sentence open to two possibilities. The first is to withdraw, leaving the fate of the protest in the hands of the street, or not to interfere in the political process at all.
This position came after the meeting of the three presidencies, the judiciary, the United Nations and international figures, and the repeated calls for dialogue and conditional elections.
As if there is no escape from the political process from the habit of understandings and discussions every time the crisis escalates, while experts believe that the dialogue tables were set for the sake of dialogue, not the solution, because they do not have any real agenda.
Thus, the political process continues to falter between two wills, the old consociationalism or the replacement of the whole scene, turning the page of 20 years of reluctance and failure in managing a country that continues to be drowned in major problems and crises.
