    Today, Sunday, the Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee decided to form a parliamentary committee headed by Representative Ziad Al-Janabi to audit the work of the Ministry of Interior and monitor the performance of the security services.


    According to a document issued by the committee, obtained by Alsumaria News, “It was decided to form a parliamentary committee to audit the work of the Ministry of Interior and the performance of the security services.

    The document stated: “Based on the provisions of Article (61/Second) of the Constitution, and Article (27/Ninth) of Law of the House of Representatives and Article (89/3) of the House of Representatives bylaws.






    1- It was decided to form a committee headed by Representative (Ziad Tariq Abdullah Al-Janabi) and the membership of the deputies whose names are listed below to audit the work of the Ministry of Interior and its departments.

    A- Representative Eng. Ali Hassan Al-Saadi
    B- B- Representative Muhammad Rasoul Al-Rumaithi
    C- Legal Representative Maha Raywan Karanei Ibrahim
    D. Representative Karim Abu Souda

    2- The committee's mission is to follow up on the affairs of the armed forces and security services, and to monitor their performance in carrying out their tasks, duties, and legal, administrative and financial affairs, including the nutrition and repair system, and the extent of their readiness to work in their competencies.


    3- Agents and leaders of their level adopt providing facilities to the committee to carry out its tasks.
    4- All documents, bonds and priorities requested by the committee from the parties covered by the visit shall be submitted.
    5- The committee shall begin its work and submit its recommendations after (30) days from its commencement.
