It is scheduled to take place, on Monday, the ceremonies of the President-elect, Dr. Abdullatif Rashid, assuming his official duties.
All the necessary preparations for holding the ceremonies were completed at the Al-Salam Palace in the capital, Baghdad, to address His Excellency the President-elect, Dr. Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid official duties.
The House of Representatives, in its session held on Thursday, 10/13/2022, voted to elect Dr. Latif Rashid as President of the Republic of Iraq, in the presence of a majority of deputies.
