    The Council of Ministers voted on the draft law of the first amendment to the Small Enterprises Support Law.
    The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers said in a statement, “The Council of Ministers decided to approve the draft law of the first amendment to the Law to Support Small Income-Generating Projects, No. (10 of 2012), which was audited by the State Council, and referred to the House of Representatives, based on the provisions of Articles (61/ Clause First, and 80 / Clause Two of the Constitution).
    She added, "The decision came to support and assign the capital of the Fund to Support Small Income-Generating Projects, to prevent violation of the law and the instructions and controls issued according to it, and to quickly recover the due installments for the purpose of including new numbers of borrowers, in a way that contributes to encouraging the private sector."
    And she added, "The decision was taken during the third regular session of the Council of Ministers, held on 11/8/2022."
