[rtl]Baghdad-Iraq today:
The Kurdistan Democratic Party revealed the reasons for the delay in sending the monthly shares of the Kurdistan region from Baghdad to Erbil, among the most prominent developments in the agreement between the central government and the Kurdish delegation regarding the oil and gas law and Article 140.[/rtl]
[rtl]The leader of the party, Wafaa Muhammad, said in a press interview, “There is a slight disagreement between the central government and the Kurdistan region regarding not sending the specified amount, which amounts to 400 billion dinars, which was supposed to be sent before the end of last year, by order of the Prime Minister.”[/rtl]
[rtl]He added, "The reason behind not sending the shares of the Kurdistan region is the interference and pressure of political forces (which he did not name) on the Minister of Finance, who in turn stopped sending money to Erbil," noting that "the pressure of some political forces on the government we feared from the beginning."[/rtl]
[rtl]Regarding the talks between Baghdad and Erbil, Wafaa explained, "The talks are continuing and the visits are continuing between the Kurdish delegation and the central government, because the political agreements and their transformation into the ministerial curriculum need a period of time that takes 6 months .”[/rtl]
[rtl]And between the leader of Barzani's party: "Until the completion of the implementation of the agreements, there will be frequent and complementary visits to previous visits to discuss the legislation of the oil and gas law and Article 140."[/rtl]
